It's set before the events of All The Dead Things - in the same world - but with a new set of characters. Q: So, can you read the books in any order?A: Yes you can.Q: What genre would describe the book as fitting into?A: It's Dark Fantasy-Horror. Q: And why a novella, not a full novel?A: The story just seemed to fit this form. It's just under 30,000 words, so it isn't a short novella. Q: Do you plan to write more books in the Deathling Chronicles?A: Yes I do. I have plans for another novel and several shorter stories. Q: Will your next release be a book in the Deathling Chronicles?A: No. My next release is a young adult novel called And This Boy Loved His Gun.
