I do not want to give away the plot but Nathan Stark has had his fair share of tragedy and, in a way, is out to avenge those taken from him. Nathan Stark has been on his own since he was very young, and he has been on the frontier fighting for a long time. Nathan’s friend and fellow fighter is Cullen. Each of them knows the thoughts of the other and look out for each other, especially when engaged in a battle. But Nathan’s battle isn’t just with others; it is also within himself.
Nathan lost his parents to an Indian attack, and his sister was taken away. Nathan has been looking for her ever since. Now time is beginning to wear on Nathan and his lust for revenge may just be waning.
