In turn symptom, syndrome or disease, chronic pain remains a phenomenon still unclear and too often difficult to relieve. So we are not talking about pain but rather pain, not a strategy but management strategies. Currently, there is still little room for disciplines such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy or kinesiology to treat or counteract chronic pain. These three disciplines all appeal to the movement, and it is from this perspective that the authors chose to deal with pain. They present the management of chronic pain in the practice of regular physical activity supervised by health professionals. In parallel to the testimonies that illustrate the destructive role of pain, we hopefully approach the various avenues envisaged by patients and health professionals to remedy them.
