Young vehicle-lovers - and there are many, to judge by the success of our "Transportation" section at work! - are sure to enjoy Mighty Tug, with its rhyming text and colorful illustrations. There were moments were I found Capucilli's text a little awkward, where the rhyme or line just didn't work for me, and I stumbled when reading aloud, but overall this was an engaging tale, and I think it will find an appreciative audience. Just the other day I was speaking to a man looking for tugboat stories for his daughter, who enjoys watching real tugboats here in NYC, so I am pleased to have a new story to recommend. ( )

This book talks about a tug who even though is small can help anyone and everyone. She is a very hard worker and loves to help in the harbor. ( )
