This spin-off shouldn't have been made. There were things I liked about this, but over all why? I liked the add of some lesser know Fables in the Texas and Mexican areas. I liked the art kind of too. I didn't care for the story. Too much going on for a spin-off squeal. Only focused on Connor Wolf and none of his brothers and sister make an appearance. I was hoping this would answer some questions the last Fables volume had, but instead it just opened more questions. This didn't really have a good ending either. Oh well. If this wasn't Fabes, I wouldn't have read the book. ( )
