I didn't care for this heroine. She's hopelessly ignorant of some basic stuff, and that doesn't really end up changing even by the end, but that's not entirely her fault, so I could move past that alone. But also she's impulsive and doesn't think before acting. And generally makes some pretty shoddy choices. So it ended up being a considerable pile of flaws really. Also I found the hero's feelings believable, but didn't really connect with hers so she came off kind of wishy-washy up until the very end. He deserved someone who loved him back more. Well, I am now an inveterate and unrepentant fan of the Wildes. This one seemed so ludicrous in premise (because really, aristocrats are not known for taking in their bastards and their bastard's mum under any circumstances), but it was so satisfying to read these characters and watch them sort out all the tangles. Nope, not her kid, or his, for that matter. Yep, lots of lovely new Wildes of all ages to meet and enjoy. Great fun! Advacned reader's copy provided by Edelweiss. sem resenhas | adicionar uma resenha
