This is the second collection of the comic book, "The Adventures of Barry Ween, Boy Genius" and it has rapidly become one of my favorite comics. The title is self-explanatory; Barry is a 10-year old genius with an IQ somewhere in the high 300's, and has kept this secret from everybody except his best friend, Jeremy. Jeremy doesn't really care about Barry's big melon except as far as he can reap the benefits in junk food and nudie pictures. Barry is somewhat misanthropic, cynical and profane. In other words, a fairly typical 10-year old. The art is just fine, the writing is clever and pointed, and the stories are intriguing, funny and just the type of adventures I would have dreamed of having as a ten year old if I'd had a melon like Barry's. This is a not-miss comic. ( )
