The plot, however, is more in the style of the other Python "Terry" (Gilliam). Two young children engage upon an adventure to find the Land of the Dragons. Nicobobinus and Rosie have many harrowing adventures before they end up where they started, albeit changed quite a bit. The word "surreal" is easily applied to Gilliam's (scratch that! I meant Jones!) work and the plot meanders and winds all over the landscape and seascape and even a landscape that might be a seascape. I think this is one that might be better read aloud to someone else (which I did to my son when he was 8 years old with resounding success). It's the first book where he encountered the word "offal" which was a good thing. sem resenhas | adicionar uma resenha
