Nothing really new, but he totally spoke my language... because life should be like a musical! :) Although I would have preferred the assumptions that musicals are life, instead of auditioning and performing analogies. But it was fun. And, since I realize my bias, I've tried to make my score more accurate. ( )

Good, bite-size nuggets of self-help wisdom in very short chapters, sprinkled with anecdotes about the author's life. Nothing groundbreaking if you've read a "Don't Sweat the Small Stuff" installment, but i find it helpful to periodically read the self-help genre to remind myself how to be a better person. Lot of Broadway metaphors- hopefully you're familiar with some pillars of the genre like A Chorus Line, Billy Elliot, etc. ( )
