I was aware of the controversy surrounding the new Thor, and my immediate response to it was to think "another marvel comics gimmick". But as a fan of Jason Aaron I thought I would give it a shot. Three stars is high marks for anything marvel comics in my book so it was a solid read. I actually rather like where they're going with this plotso I may pick up the next collection. (

Considering how well this Thor series did financially and critically acclaim and fans enjoyment, why has there not been a continuation and only 2 volumes (condensed into 1 in this entry)?

It's ridiculously well-written and well-drawn, the mystery is intriguing and suspenseful, plus I just love everything it was doing. But checking on the Thor series, there's a new series out and it's the normal Thor back on his mantle.

Sigh.

This was short-lived and deserved way more! ToT (
