Food for thought on diet and being more alert during the day, basically it's mostly "know thyself"and "to thyself be true" but knowing how to find that self and truth may be work. Watching what you eat, when and making sure you get sunshine and good food are all important components. It offers a range of strategies which address physical & mental underperformance, or lethargies, from which so many of us suffer. I like the combination of logical explanations and sensible practical advice. Yes, you will have heard some of this advice before but the author really brings it together in a clear and motivating package. He also debunks various nutritional myths which is always important. Recommended. ( )
