SENSUALITY RATING: NO Profanity; NO sexual encounters *Great book for an Adult that is looking for clean romance and not “feel” so YA* GENRE: Modern day; Romance; CLEAN SETTING: “Marry Me” mansion in Southern California CENTRAL FEMALE CHARACTER: LEMON Isabel Beauchamp; great with fashion and makeup, businesswoman, poor decision-making skills, a slob CENTRAL MALE CHARACTER: DANTE Fiorelli; prince, a twin, gorgeous eyes, great physique, smile that could kill, a teaser, cracks jokes SYNOPSIS: He is the Bachelor preparing to choose a mate on the television show “Marry Me”. She is there to only advance her career and to help a friend. She is drafted to be on the television show but was supposed to be turned down after one day on the show. He made sure she remained a contestant on the show. WHAT I LIKED: His persistence in keeping her on the show. WHAT I DID NOT LIKE: The way she carried herself on the show was unrealistic. Getting out of the limo with jeans on while every other woman had on a gown. Really?!?!. OVERALL RATING: (3) stars because I considered this book to have an annoying story plot. Just women running around in a mansion hoping to be picked by a Bachelor. Too much trying to show themselves off as she unrealistically carries herself on the show. Pretty good continuation of this series. I do wish they had a little more of Kat and Nico though. Lemon was a little annoying. Her main objection to not being with Dante was that he is a cheater, even though she had no proof of him ever being one. It was just stupid. An epilogue would have been nice like they did in the first book. sem resenhas | adicionar uma resenha

Booking her client, Prince Dante of Monterra, on reality show Marry Me is a royal coup for PR agent Lemon Beauchamp. But thanks to a last-minute glitch, Lemon must pretend to be one of the contestants vying to win the playboy prince's love and then live happily ever after--at least until the publicity tour ends. Prince Dante agreed to go on the show to find a wife, even though he already has the perfect candidate in mind. She's smart, funny, sexy, and completely uninterested in wealth and fame. She's also absolutely determined to keep him at arm's length. Even if Lemon weren't already engaged, she can't trust a notorious flirt like Dante. So she ignores the lingering looks. Those subtle, thrilling touches. That pulse-quickening kiss. Until suddenly, Lemon isn't playing for the cameras. She's lovestruck for real, and just maybe, the man behind the title is the one who's always been in her heart.... Não foram encontradas descrições de bibliotecas. |

I do have some few complaints. Mainly, that other than Dante and Lemon, every other person associated with the show was a complete caricature and stereotype. Even Genesis, who was the sweet innocent. I wish some of the other contestants were fleshed out and given more personalities rather than losing them in a sea of vapidity.
I will definitely have to go back and read the first book now, and am looking forward to the next book featuring Rafe and Genesis, who I grew to like in this book.
