One star, with another half for Dima. —————— So... “Chernobyl” is a name of a mugwort plant and it means “black stem”, also known in Russia as “polyn’”. There is a creepy double meaning here: black/dark space, void. Considering that Chernobyl is an official “settlement without population” or ghost town, despite almost 500 people still living in the area, it is indeed very chilling. Bodark is not a Russian werewolf or even a Russian word.
