it started off well, promising with some serious twists and turns....then it got repetitive and you could see the next twist coming from a mile away. With 30 pages left we weren't thinking "who-dun-it", we were thinking "are we done yet?" ( )
Marco and Anne are married parents of six-month-old Cora. As the investigation into the abduction of Cora proceeds, there is betrayal, lies and deception. This was the first book I’ve read by Shari Lapena and probably won’t be my last.
