At the end of book 2 it was reveled that Nevada's dad had a hidden family tie and that revelation would lead to his family coming after the Baylor clan. Nevada has to make the hard choice to have her magic and the magic of her sisters tested in order to officially become a house to gain protection against her mysterious distant family. As if that wasn't stressful enough, Rogan's ex-fiancé shows up and needs help finding her missing husband. As Nevada fights to protect her family, actually get her relationship with Rogan off the ground, and solve the case of the missing husband, we get nonstop twists and action. A fantastic conclusion to the Nevada-centric portion of the Hidden Legacy series, we get so many great power reveals, relationship choices & developments, and mystery twists & reveals. The depth and complexity of the cast of characters really brings this world to life and makes this a fantastic series to dive into. I highly recommend this first trilogy and the continued series.
