I enjoyed both Velvet Touch and Renaissance Man. Don't remember where I got this paperback from but it was printed in 1982. I voluntarily chose to review this book and I've given a 4* rating for Velvet Touch and a 4.5* rating for Renaissance Man. These are not for the under 18 readers. Both contain Alpha type men and some sexual content. Velvet Touch has a major age gap. And both stories contain a previous marriage. Both males believe they know best and try to push it. Both females are very gutsy and will only take so much. Renaissance Man is centered around books, moistly old and valuable. Because of when they were written, it added a different perspective to these stories and interesting in their own way. Both give a wild ride and second chances that hold your attention till the end. I do not know if these stories have been touched up over the years or not but they do show their age a little bit. ( )
