I would recommend The Seat of the Soul (the same author). I'm in the middle of rating between 3 and 4 for this book. While it has a few good points, it's not solid as the other one. Actually, this can be considered to compensate for The Seat of the Soul. If you read the other one, that'll be enough.

Chock full of truisms and tautologies, like any self-help/New Age book, but it just happens to be better written and presented than most other such books.

A collection of true stories which illustrate the spiritual principals discussed in his first book, "Seat of the Soul." Great stories, and some of them are very inspirational. Highly recommended. I read these not long after a personal tragedy, and they really helped me come to terms with what had happened. ( )
