Arrow is still haunted by a childhood tragedy where it is she who finds the murdered bodies of her 3 frinds who lived next door. She questions why she didn't tell her parents of the strange behaviour of Mrs Jackson who went on to murder her 3 children.

Marika who is caught up in the nightmare of child snatching when her younger brother Jasper is stolen from her on a visit to the aquarium.

Both escape to the small beachside town of Sheely Beach to find healing when tye encounter a mysterious magician Bob who suggests that we all live parallel lives.

Healing comes for one of them but disaster for Arrow when she is killed by Mrs Jackson whilst Arrow protects Jasper
