Eine flotte Geschichte, die leider etwas daran leidet, dass sie so kurz ist. So konnte ich mich nicht ganz in die zwei Protas hineinfühlen, vor allem Eve fand ich etwas schwer durchschaubar, wenn es um Mac ging. ( )

ABOUT THE BOOK:

And if they can stay alive long enough, he’ll do whatever it takes to convince her they’re meant to be together.

REVIEW:
This book held my attention – but unfortunately it was held by the romantic aspect alone. The plot, while interesting, seemed a bit excessive. I think it is a good read, but I’d be happy at seeing something a little more believable.

The characters Eva and Mack were lovely to see and I wish there could have been more of them. I liked the background Ms. Reus gave to them and found myself wishing they’d get together as well.

The writing seemed to have extra words, some of which could have been taken out and made the story stronger. I do look forward to watching Ms. Reus grow as a writer and can’t wait to see what she comes up with next.
