This history of an iconic American landmark will definitely have high appeal for New York residents and people interested in the architecture and history of New York City. I do wonder about audience because the text seems aimed for older elementary students and middle schoolers, but I feel that they'd hesitate to pick up an unpaged illustrated book. So maybe the main audience is adults? ( )

The illustrations outshine the text and the text is in no way lacking. The history of an address- an odd concept that produces this fantastic book. Not just for New Yorkers, for if you have seen the New Year's ball drop on television you know One Times Square. ( )
