Silly cat goes about his day and loses his buttons along the way. He always finds a way to stay positive and keep singing his song. Would love to have in my classroom because it was my favorite childhood books. My mom is a Para Educator and she loves Pete the car books! I think it's so funny. She'll be home, doing chores and she'll sing "I love my white shoes, I love my white shoes." I wanted to give the books a try because I never read one and decided on this one. I thought it was endearing, I love the attitude of "this is my favorite thing but now it doesn't exist and that's okay. I'm not worried about it" I don't think I've read a book that tackles that. Plus it made me wonder, do cats have belly buttons? Pete the Cat starts the story with "4 groovy buttons". He loves his buttons so much - he even wrote a song about them. So what does Pete do when one button pops off? Does he cry- goodness no! Pete the Cat continues to sing his groovy song all the way down to just his belly button left. The repeated text and catchy tune are sure to be a hit with everyone. sem resenhas | adicionar uma resenha

Pete the cat loves the buttons on his shirt so much that he makes up a song about them, and even as the buttons pop off, one by one, he still finds a reason to sing. Não foram encontradas descrições de bibliotecas. |
