When my husband and I traveled to Baton Rouge to visit family for five days, we stayed at a hotel right next to a Ruby Tuesday Restaurant. We loved it so much that we ate there every night. This book is a collection of some of their most popular recipes. Ruby Tuesday founder, Sandy Beall, is committed to fresh, wholesome ingredients and this cookbook written by Jeff Morgan reflects that commitment.

There are many recipes that sound wonderful, but I plan to try the recipes for homemade Mayonnaise and for homemade BBQ sauce as soon as possible. The Classic Burger recipe is included as is my favorite comfort food – Meatloaf! There are inserts throughout the book with Chef’s tips and also tips on entertaining such as Backyard Barbecues and Bartender’s tips.

This is a nice cookbook with healthy, wholesome recipes. ( )
