An excellent book for anyone who wants to stay fit while enjoying the game. Nice photography. This book encourages lifestyle changes that are great for everyone but specifically geared toward golfers. There is a lot advice about nutrition and exercise which holds true for all facets of life, including golf.I think the stretching exercises will be helpful and I liked the challenges that showed you what you needed to improve on to help your game. I think this book is a little too advanced for most weekend golfers and I didn't care for the photographs. They seemed too basic for this book. And, for the weird part - I don't actually play golf, but was interested in picking it up and wanted to do a bit of research first as I have some back problems.As a couple of the other reviewers have said, the exercises, posture notes, and general techniques have a broader applicability than just golf and the golf notes do work.
