Forty years after his death and on the 100th anniversary of his birth, Humphrey Bogart is alive and well in the hearts and minds of his fans. He starred in such classic films as The Maltese Falcon, Casablanca, The Big Sleep, and won an Oscar with The African Queen. He also spawned his own vernacular (Here's looking at you, kid) and created an often imitated but never bettered fashion style - trenchcoat, fedora and knowing snarl.
