A fun quick romantic read that while simple gets the point across, but not always realistic in some plot twists but make the story stronger. If looking for something to while away the hours pick it up, if you looking for accuracy in details, skip it. ( )

This novel is an emotional drama, not all that different from life. Who hasn't made sacrafices for family? Lost a loved one to cancer? Had resonsibilities left to them and attempted to fix a relastionship thats never been as you wanted? Who hasn't loved and lost? The novel has a lot of things going on but I was easily able to follow the story though it was just that. I didn't feel a real life connection to the characters with this novel. Instead it was a fun work of fiction to read, but in the end it felt just like fiction and not like a story that happened. I enjoyed this romance for all it had to offer. I would read other titles by the author. ( )

A Man’s Heart had more plot devices than actual plot. The characters were hard to relate to and not very likeable. The Christian element seemed poorly integrated and gives the impression that it was added for marketing purposes. ( )
