How to care for a potted pandan plant

I have a medium sized potted pandan plant and, just like what the title says, i am hoping you can give me some tips (how much water/sunlight is needed etc.) I am raising it indoors.

I don't do houseplants and I only have one book about them which is remarkably useless. Tried googling it and got "needs rich, well drained soil and partially shaded location." I think that was for growing pandan outdoors.

I suggest finding a local place that sells houseplants and asking if they have pandan, and then see if theirs come with instructions or if they can provide advice.
