Okay... I've decided to take up this challenge for my own benefit. I don't know if I'll make it as my life has begone to be really busy. I start college in 2 months and working a job in the summer. But this sounds like great fun!

In the next post, I'll start to list the countries I'd like to start with. If anyone is interested, please help me by recommending books from those countries.

Thanks everyone! :D

Good luck, LadyAredhel with your European challenge. I'm not sure what you prefer yet by viewing your books (there's a huge difference between Homer and Sherlock :-)). I've started my European challenge a few weeks ago and I like it very much. Although I haven not entered it as my EC-read for France, I'd recommend Brodeck's report by Philippe Claudel for France. It's my favourite read of this year, so it's a recommendation from the heart. Anyway, whatever you choose, have fun and good luck with college!
