Convection oven questions

The oven that can be either regular or convection seems to be the way to go. There is also one that will ask you a few questions and will do the conversion for you.
Any experience and comments on these ovens. I know the electrolux brand looks nice with 3 racks, plus a "cooking drawer" but I am removing the double wall ovens because on a day to day basis I do not use those. Trying to not get wrapped up in the retail hype.
I have a microwave that can be convection and I have a regular oven that can also be convection. I rarely use the convection function on the microwave but the oven, I love having the option. The oven was manufactured by Fischer & Paykel - it's great.

I use the convection when my husband forgets to call when he leaves for home or when I have guests. Usually then is when I want to spend less time in the kitchen or I have to speed something up. My oven came with a great little guide on time conversion for each of the cooking modes so I use that if I have any questions, but I'm one of those lurkers in the kitchen and can basically tell when something is near done and then a thermometer gets inserted for perfection.
