As in a new volume coming out? Well, Strawberry Marshmallow by Barasui, but I'll probably be anticipating the next volume for some time. And From Eroica With Love too, but now that company's shutting down. I think Yotsuba and Bokurano are probably now the only currently running, not canceled manga series that I buy pretty much immediately.

I tend to anticipate the ones that don't come out as often. The very first series that came to mind when I read this question was Berserk. I'm also anxiously waiting for more of Kasumi which I really enjoyed the first two volumes of, and I'm kind of waiting for more Gakuen Prince, too. It was cute and I liked the female lead - mild-mannered and bad-assed all at the same time. *chuckles*

I'm sure there are a few more, but none that immediately come to mind. ^_^

I like Gakuen Prince too and hopefully Del Rey will set a release date for volume 3 soon.

As for Kasumi, is it a good one? Is it a shoujo? Is it a high school romance?

Well, I'm the first to admit I'm not too picky when it comes to the manga I read. *laughs* However, that being said, I really enjoyed the first two volumes of Kasumi. It's definitely shojo and what I anticipate will be a "magical girl" story. I say anticipate, because the first two volumes don't do much more than setup the story. There's a girl who loves to do magic tricks and then one day she discovers she can do real magic. There's also a good-looking guy at her school who seems to know more about her powers than she does. To be honest, I read the volumes so long ago that that's about all I can remember. *laughs* But I know that I was anxious to read more...however, there haven't been any other volumes released since then. :(

That I really look forward to, let's see...
In English: 20th Century Boys, Fullmetal Alchemist, Kurosagi Corpse Delivery Service and Real

In French: Nana, Onmyôji, Le Pacte des Yokai and xxxholic

There are probably a few more that I'm not thinking of right now. To be honest, there are a lot more series that I'm just very happy to read when I get them but these would be among my favourites :)

I don't think that I really anticipate any manga. Most of the new manga that I read right now comes from the library and it can take a few months after a book is published before it's even available. That means that I can never know for sure when I will get a volume.

The only ones that I can think of that I anticipated were Fruits Baskets volume 23 (last), which I had on hold at the library and the last volumes of Tail of the moon which I own.

Another title/volume I am currently anticipating is volume 3 of Natsume's Book of Friends. I simply didn't imagine I would enjoy it all that much. Also, can't wait to get my hands on volume 9 of 20th Century Boys.

I really like the series Tegamibachi, but I only read it in the Shonen Jump magazines...and I haven't gotten the next one yet!!!!

Oooh! I just read the 1st volume of 20th Century Boys for a presentation I was doing. It was SO MUCH better than I was expecting! Very interesting plot concept. The only problem is now I have to catch up with all the volumes that have already been released. ^_^;

Natsume: I did watch the animeseries, and I liked it, is the manga different so far? what about the artwork?

topic:
I'm always happy, if a new volume of junjo romantica is out, or a new silver diamond. Wild Adapter7 would be great as well, but so far, it doesn't look promising.

I haven't seen the anime for Natsume's Book of Friends yet, so I cannot really answer your question. I like the artwork for the manga a lot.

I'm really looking forward to the next volume of One Thousand and One Nights. It looks to be the last one and I actually have it annotated on my calendar for when its supposed to release.

The one I anticipate the most is definitely Berserk (last episode came out yesterday, after another of Miura's legendary breaks^^), but there are a few other series, like Claymore, Zetman, Vagabond (though I didn't check this one out for a while now), and recently I started following up Vinland Saga, which I find pretty good so far.

>14 Edwoodette:
Another Berserk fan! ^_^ Can I glomp you? *laughs* I'm not as caught up with the series as you are, but I'm truly addicted to the characters and can't wait to see how everything wraps up.

And by "last episode" do you mean the most recent, or do you mean it's finally come to a conclusion?

>15 purpledragon42:
Hi! I mean the most recent, I don't think Berserk will come to a conclusion before many years...
And I agree with you, the characters are really amazing and attaching. The storytelling is incredible too, I love where all this is going. As for the graphics... I just can't get enough of it!

PS: I hope my english isn't too weird!^_^

No worries, your English looks just fine to me. ^_^

As for Berserk, I'm actually kind of glad it's not the end because as much as I'd like to see a resolution to the story, I enjoy getting new volumes in the mail. *laughs* And yes, I love the graphics too; I think it's especially interesting to see how Miura's art has progressed over the years.

>19 aspirit: My boyfriend and my son just finished watching the Blue Exorcist anime. I only got to see parts, but it looked good.

I always am on the lookout for new CLAMP manga and would like to read more of the newest Cardcaptor Sakura and the Drug and Drop series.

>21 justanotaku: that's hard to say without knowing what you like and what you want to avoid. I suggest looking through the free chapters, or at least the lists, that distributors/publishers share online. What catches your attention?
