Your Favorite CLAMP Anime/Manga

Anime: Cardcaptor Sakura

Manga: RG Veda, Tsubasa -RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE-, and xxxHOLiC.

Anime: Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle, Cardcaptor Sakura, xxxHolic and I loved the Clamp in Wonderland music videos they put together with all their characters.

Manga: The above three mentioned, Chobits and Legal Drug.

Tokyo Babylon. For anime, CCS. I didn't like their last manga projects.. I hope they come out with something different next.

Hmmm...I'm thinking it's probably Clover for manga and...hmm, I guess X for anime. Clover has lots of characters that I really enjoy, and a sort of sad, ethereal quality that appeals to me. X has so much wonderful angst...not to mention some great subtext between the main characters. *evil grin*

I've only read CCS and the first volume of Tsubasa, so Its hard for me to say. From what I know of each series I think that Tsubasa is better.

Well, my favourite manga would be Carcaptor Sakura, Angelic Layer and Tsubasa.
And I only ever watched the Tsubasa anime before, and that wasn't especially good...

I think their best one was Tokyo Babylon, but it was CCS that I enjoyed most and X that was one of my early fandoms. It was a good crack-y fandom to be in back when it was running in the magazines. I think Clover is really beautiful, but it was one of the last of theirs I read.

I haven't really read TRC or XXXHolic yet, though I own a few volumes. - I got really really really annoyed at CLAMP several years ago when X, AND Gouhou Drug were put on hiatus and they went to go do the two shounen series. I joked sometime back in 2001 or so that X probably wouldn't finish until I was 30. Well, now I'm 30, CLAMP!

Lol, yeah, I was going to mention Gouhou Drug. It was one of my favorites. I actually really liked The Legend of Chun-Hyang too.

oh yeah, I forgot about Gouhou Drug (legal drug) too. I was thinking of reading it soon since it's a short series and the library has it. I'm glad you enjoyed it.

I currently have discovered Clover which is sadly canceled. However, I love it! That and Xxx Holic are the only CLAMP works I have read. Both are great though.

I hate when they stop publishing a series. I don't like not knowing the end.
