I know most people (including me) don't care for the historicals as much as the romances, but I thought they might deserve their own thread, as there is much to discuss in them as well.
I just finished An Infamous Army and liked it so much, although it is very focused on Waterloo. I also liked The Spanish Bride. I am now very curious about which of the characters might have been real. For example, in her bibliography for Army, she mentions a Brigadier General Harry Smith, which is the name of the protagonist in Bride.
One of the things that is fun about all the books is the way she uses real people as characters, like Beau Brummel and Lady Caroline Lamb and the proprietesses of Almacks and so on - it always leaves me wondering which other characters, whose names I dont recognize, might also have been real people. It is a much more nagging question in Bride and Army, because of all those soldiers who might well have been real.

I've always loved Spanish Bride - first read it when I was a teenager and so identified with Juana!
Never cared so much about Infamous Army, though I was glad to have read it once.
I recently reread My Lord John and enjoyed it a lot, though I know others don't care for it. I think the historicals are all a great way to get an insight into a period; what I would like now is suggestions for some 'next steps' books which are not too heavy reading for someone like me, who mostly reads fiction.
