Do you roast, smoke or fry your evolved dinosaurs? Stuffing in the beast or not? And do you watch King Kong before or after dinner?

Sliced, stir fried, (very) spicy sauce. And may I suggest Jurassic Park?

Don't forget that Dinosaur Ingestion Day is only a regional branch of Hugotontheonbiquiffinarians celebration. We of the Crikey!matedidyabringabeeralong branch of Hugotontheonbiquiffinarians wish you all the best.

I don't see why the traditions couldn't be combined. Just toss the dino on the barbie.

We might be able to squeeze it in. *Consults branch social calendar* Hmm, yesterday was John's sister's budgie's birthday barbie (that was a good one), today is Fred's Mum's anniversary barbie (there will be lots of beer today), tomorrow we've got our weekly 'JBIF'* barbie. The weekend is pretty tied up with watching Test Cricket (and having a barbie, and beers) (oh, and Sunday is Old Bill's 100th birthday. We're having a barbie. Old Bill won't be there, he died in 1987). Monday's are sometimes a bit slow, a few of us gather at Ted's place for a recovery barbie (and a few beers). May be we could get Ted to say a few words of thanks in honour (or honor) of your big day.

We actually slather the aforementioned evolved dinosaur with butter and herbs. Fermented beverages are also present.

I don't know how I missed the idea that one should view King Kong immediately following. I'm distraught that my family has been messing up the ceremonial aspect of the day.

Our tribe watches before hand so the groaning and rubbing of the bellies may follow the the feast. Then of course is the coed tetherball tournament.
