I have a children's and YA book review blog (www.rubywinkle.wordpress.com) and was recently invited to do an ARC giveaway. I was wondering who else has done an ARC giveaway on their blog and whether or not the publisher usually absorbs the postage cost for sending the ARC's to the winners.
