This person is selling a compiled CD of 180 Nora Roberts ebooks. They are copyrighted material, so how can this person compile and sell them? S/he has been doing it for awhile too...

Is there any chance this is legit? (I'd like 180 Nora Roberts books!)

I suspect it's illegal. Unless she has some contract with Nora Roberts or has personally bought each copy for each sale. Might want to report her to Ebay.

Attention eBay Staff: I am an Authorized Reseller of this product and also the copyright holder or I have resale rights to this eBook or item. Full Resell Rights are Granted by the copyright owners to sell these e-Books with Resell Rights or Master Resell Rights Granted! This ad complies with all eBay rules and regulations.

This was at the bottom of the ad. The question must have come up before.

Yeah. Oh well. I've written to the publishing company to ask about it. There's no such "compilation" of ebooks available from reputable sellers so I can't see how this ebay person has publishing rights to copyrighted material, regardless of what they state on their page. And I've never seen any ebooks come in packages of 180 books unless they are public domain.

I would like to buy it myself, but I can't think of any way that it's legit so won't just in case it's encouraging copyright infringement.

Out of curiosity I hope you receive an answer. I don't know what the selling price if the compilation was, but I would think that royalties on 180 books would be expensive. Also I would think publishing rights would require the books be in a protected format. Nearly all ebooks these days are.
