Living in Greenland I eat alot of fish....and everything else from the sea, so I am always looking for some good cookbooks. Anybody knows some good ones?

I don't have any cookbooks that are specifically for seafood. I know The Joy of Cooking has a big seafood section, but I haven't tried any of the recipes.

The two fish cookbooks I own are North Atlantic Seafood by Alan Davidson which discusses the species and has recipes and Fish by Mark Bittman which is organized by breed.

My favorite is James Beard's New Fish Cookery. It provides recipes for a lot of different kind of fish and shellfish and every recipe I've tried has come out successfully.

North Atlantic Seafood has a section (albeit small) on 'Iceland, the Faroes & Greenland'. The species listings also cover fish from Greenland and contain some cooking advice.

One of my favorites is The Great American Seafood Cookbook by Susan Herrmann Loomis. In addition to a variety of regional recipes, she has some decidedly interesting side-bars, and a great lexicon (I call it a glossary) of any term you don't know.

The other good one is the Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. Cookbook --tons of recipes and reflections from the movie Forrest Gump,
