Can Anyone Help ?

I have been trying under 3 accounts for 10 days to import books from Goodreads and I just get nothing. Nothing ever gets imported. I don't see any status reports or progress reports. I don't see any administrators to contact. I can't figure out what is happening. I have no idea what is going on or even where to ask for help on maybe fixing errors or what I am doing wrong ? Any help is really appreciated.
