The thing is, I wonder if the account is just a place holder? If you go to my website www.lucientelfordbooks.com I've done several podcast video interviews to help identify who I actually am. So what do I do? I'm new here and building my profile.
Kind regards for any help,

I do not find another account for you. I find an author page https://www.librarything.com/author/telfordlucien which exists because your book has been entered. It is not an account. It is a page where people can find information about an author and his/her books. It can be connected to your account, but it does not belong to you.
BTW, there were two works for your book, so I combined them.

When you go to the author page, you can claim it and it will then link to you profile

>1 lucientelford: I've added a link to your official home page, and to your Twitter, onto the author page, and a few items into the Common Knowledge, these sections any user can contribute to (similar concept to pages on Wikipedia).

I don't see anybody else claiming your book. Other people may claim having a copy of it though. This is a catalogueing site. So some books will appear on thousands of user-pages.
