Why spend so much when you can get a complete decent bonded leather Barnes and Noble edition for $25?

“Hound” contains my favorite illustration of all those commissioned by EP for the signed-by-the-illustrator series. It’s the one with the electricity coming out of the hound’s mouth. I went so far as to contact the artist to see if he could supply me with a print, but he said he didn’t have the right to do so. Apparently, EP also obtains the copyright when it commissions the art.

I wonder if someday EP might do a “best of” book of its commissioned art. By now they should have more than 300 illustrations in their portfolio.
