An eye-opening book for those not savvy in the arena of day trading. The author, Troy Noonan, takes a very practical approach in his writing, naming names and making specific recommendations and warnings. For example, Noonan suggests Trade Station or NinjaTrader. He warns against using more than 2% of your available capital on any given trade. Basing his opinions on years of hands-on, real world experience, the book is a trove of data, insights and commentary showing the reader not only a broad overview of the trading activity, but also specific steps from beginner to more advanced.
There's no doubt in my mind that even a seasoned trader would discover some ideas to consider, tactic to apply or insight not familiar to him/her. This is just the book I needed to whet my appetite for day trading, so it comes with my 'high recommendation' for those looking into this potentially rewarding pastime/activity or even career.
