MC romance book

I read a MC (motorcycle club) romance book once and I think the heroine has a brother or step brother who is a part of the MC, she needs help and she ends up staying in his old crappy apartment and working for the dry cleaners next door. The lady at the dry cleaners is abusive, a member of the MC has decided he wants the heroine and decides to protect her and take care of her. The heroine is burned by the lady who runs the dry cleaners and the MC takes a bulldozer and smashed down the building discovering that the owner was laundering money through the business.
