I just finished The Song Peddler of the Pont Neuf and really hope that there will be more in the series. I've been at a loss for a good French Revolution series since the last by Susanne Alleyn, or really any French Revolution fiction that seems to have done research that consists of more than reading A Tale of Two Cities and watching The Scarlet Pimpernel. (Both of which I enjoy but which do not have historical accuracy among their merits.)

In the land "... where it is always 1895..." with Holmes and Watson in The Whole Art of Detection, which is just fantastic!

1917 New Jersey, just finished Kopp Sisters on the March (reviewed here: https://benjaminlclark.com/book-review-kopp-sisters-on-the-march-by-amy-stewart )

About to go to New York City, 1803 in Paddy Hirsch's Hudson's Kill, which look really promising.

In WWII London, with Maggie Hope's sixth outing The Queen's Accomplice I haven't read the previous books in the series but it is standing well enough on its own thus far. Hopefully I'll be able to track them down.
