Contemporary? Blaze is Barowner

Hi I'm searching for a book where I only read the excerpt:

She is barowner in ?Generation. The Bar was a good place, cops came until 2 rivaling gangs came to town.
Now her father was murdered by 4 irish Brothers who work for a City Gangsterboss. To take vengenance she riggs the bar and make a rendez-vous with the 4 Brothers to kill them.
To make sure that the bar doesn't go to the "bad" guys she signs everything over to the other "gang" and calls them to tell it. The man on the phone talks like he knows her and begs her to wait for him...
