Okay, even if I'm not very good at keeping my cool under fire of stupidity, I do at least try to start my conversations being rational. However, in this case I can only say "What the hell is wrong with these people?"
ETA - Just out of curiosity I checked out Amazon. I try to be consistent in my dislike of censorship but I do sometimes wonder about the wisdom of selling books advocating behaviour that (here in the UK, at least) would put you in jail.
