I wanted to see IF other folks have read the Fifty Shades Trilogy by E.L. James, and if so, what were your thoughts?
Also... Do you want this book on our local library shelves----the book has been "banned" in one of our local libraries.

I have all three because people were raving about them. I think if you are interested in erotica/SM read Anne Rice's Sleeping Beauty Trilogy. Its is under A. N. Roquelaure.
That category sounds as if it is for books/pics about girls intended to appeal to boys (we are talking "adults" here, I take it). Don't you have a category for stuff about boys/ guys intended to appeal to girls/dolls? "Fifty Shades" is, I think, in this latter category, a bit of bedtime reading for lonely housewives or maiden aunts. It's perhaps a bit silly to try to compartmentalise erotica so sharply. Sex is generally interesting to everybody so it might be better to rename your "Chick Lit" section and just call it "Erotica".
I'm a guy and I thought "Fifty Shades" (I've only read volume one) a ripping good yarn. It's not "literature" and yes, there are errors of style and syntax as there are in most of what is printed thee days, but it remains a pretty good read.
