Bookmooch account problem

I joined bookmooch.com in Feb. I had 3-4 books in my inventory & I added 4-5 books in my wishlist. I logged in a few times to update my inventory & wishlist. But for the last 1 month whenever I logged in, I get the following message

"Before you can use that feature, we need you to confirm your email address. A confirmation email will be sent to you in the next 24 hours, once an administrator has reviewed your account." etc etc.

I don't get any confirmation email.

I emailed tech support & administrators. But didn't get any reply from them. Any idea if the site is still active or is it dead?

It's still active, the confirmation mail probably landed in your spam folder early on and got autodeleted after a while.

Maybe you can add bookmooch to trusted addresses and find an option for the confirmation mail to be resent ?

Or maybe there was a typo in your email address?

Tech can't contact you if the email address is wrong.

This is also a known, long-time bug.... I've gotten that same message a few times, and couldn't do anything with my account until Tech/Admin had dealt with it. Apparently some accounts just "trigger" that error, and not much can be done about it.

However, Admin is always very quick to deal with it when it happens to me. If you haven't gotten any reply from them, it's possible that something else is going on.

I just moved, so I updated my address. When I tried to mooch a book, I got this error. I have not received any emails from Bookmooch yet. Emailing tech support now, hoping it gets resolved quickly :(
