Sobre Minha Biblioteca
Lots of fiction by women - typically American authors, although liberally sprinkled by authors with multi-ethnic identities.

Memoirs/biographies are another favorite, as are sweeping descriptions of scientific and natural discovery. And, I have been known to read a bit about food and cooking too :)!

A recent return and deep dive into photography means that my reading now includes a lot of books focused on art, photography, and creativity.

About Me
Hi all! I'm Liz, civil servant by day, photographer when not at work, wife of 31 years, and mom to 3 young adults. I also love to read, but have found myself reading less and less over the past two years. I need to return to regular reading, as it is my therapy, my balm, my escape from the chaos of daily life. We live in Arlington, Virginia, and it is easy to get swept up in the good, the bad, and the ugly of DC. My reading tends to be focused on fiction, as well as books designed to help me improve in my work and my photography. Favorite book of 2019 was The Book of M.
