I have more books than I know what to do with. And I mean it. I've divided them into parts: books I loved as a child, books I loved then and still read again and again now, books I am ashamed to love (Star Wars/Star Trek), then the regular non-shame sci-fi and fantasy, mystery, books from college, books I read at work and had to own, and other books that looked pretty/good and I bought because: why not?

I have them stored everywhere...and I mean it. The trunk of my car, for one.

Laura is a YA librarian who spends (nearly) her entire salary buying books for herself. She is remembered by former classmates from high school as "that girl in biology with the book" or "that girl from band with the book" or "that girl with the book who never talks." Laura also loves to write, but sometimes becomes distracted by how awesome another person's writing is (John Green) and forgets to continue with her own.

Also, she knits. While reading. Turning the heel of a sock while turning a page is a little hard, but it is worth it.
