About Me
Ok, having gotten my culinary art degree later in life (60 to be exact, but who's counting?!), I'm now looking for my 3rd real culinary job, have been laid off from my last job being a Pastry Chef/Baker (and missing it more than I could have ever imagined) this past March. Although I've only been a professional culinarian since '08, i've been collecting cookbooks my whole life.
