Sobre Minha Biblioteca

Like most libraries it's a work in progress. My collection in LibraryThing contains books that are either currently in my possession or that I have read recently but no longer own. I have read thousands of books before joining LibraryThing that are not listed. Although I read all kinds of material I particularly enjoy literary fiction, mysteries, and history. An added bonus is if the story is set in a faraway place.

This is a link to my 2023 Category Challenge thread, a group where I've been participating since 2013:
   • 2023 Category Challenge

Other challenges completed:
   • Commonwealth Challenge
   • Europe Endless Challenge
   • Canadian Fiction/Non-fiction Challenge

I like to keep track of where my books are set:

My ratings:
Obviously, my personal taste is the crux of the rating. Although it's difficult to rate books that are essentially different, my rating simply indicates how much I enjoyed them or how memorable they were. I also consider if I would recommend the work, and to whom.
