I love to read many different genres, but my favourites are Dystopian, Horror, Sci-Fi, poetry, Classics and anything Literary. I love writing reviews of the books I read as it often forces me to think in greater depth about the story I’ve just read. It also helps me to become a better writer, for to really delve into what makes a story so good and involving, helps me to better understand how to put that into my own fiction.

As I’ve mentioned I’m a writer myself and my work has been published by Almond Press, Under the Bed, Beyond Imagination Literary Magazine, Earlyworks Press, Schlock! Webzine & soon in HCE: Here Comes Everyone Magazine. My stories have appeared in two books, both of which were published by Almond Press. One is Broken Worlds, a collection of dystopian stories and the other, Apocalypse Chronicles, a collection of stories about the end of the world, out 31st March 2016.

I was delighted to have won the annual Almond Press short story contest in 2015, and I’m currently working hard on a dystopian novel about a walled city shut off from the rest of the world.

Nothing can keep me from writing. At any one time I find myself juggling many stories in my head, and I’m excited by the challenge of getting them published for all to read.
